About This Role

We are seeking a Chief Security Operations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in security operations and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective security strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive security strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Incident Response: Develop and maintain incident response plans to ensure prompt and effective responses to security incidents.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks to protect business assets.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of security professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality security services.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in security operations, with a focus on strategy development and implementation.
  • Skills: Proven ability to develop and implement effective security strategies, excellent leadership and communication skills, and strong technical knowledge of security technologies.
