Job Opportunity

You're invited to apply for a challenging role where you will work closely with our clients to resolve disputes and deductions in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to analyze data, and provide solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer deductions, such as pricing, shortages, returns, freight, and promotional claims.
  • Research and validate the legitimacy of deductions by referencing contracts, invoices, proof of delivery, purchase orders, and internal approvals.
  • Classify and code deductions accurately (valid, invalid, partially valid) per client policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve open disputes.
  • Communicate with customers/distributors to clarify discrepancies or request supporting documents.
  • Initiate collection efforts for invalid deductions and escalate issues per established procedures.
  • Document and track dispute resolution activities.
  • Prepare reports on deductions trends, root cause analysis, and aging of open items.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent experience in collections, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and collection tools.
  • Good understanding of Invoice to Cash processes, credit control, and DSO metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
