We are seeking a skilled Telecom Sales Executive to join our team at Covalent Softwares Pvt. Ltd.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced telesales professional to excel in creating and closing new business opportunities in the Telecom and IT services industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and pursue new leads through outbound telecalling efforts
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Buid relationships with existing and new customer accounts, identifying growth opportunities and driving business expansion
  • Negotiate complex deals with senior-level executives, securing successful outcomes
  • Establish long-term partnerships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telesales, preferably within the Telecom and IT services sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues alike
  • Strong understanding of the Telecom and IT services industry, with a preference for candidates familiar with this domain
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet challenging sales targets
