As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth initiatives and accelerating our vision. This role involves bridging our brand with external ecosystems to identify and pitch opportunities to leadership, institutions, corporates, and individuals.

  • Develop creative growth initiatives such as scholarships, hackathons, referral alliances, and joint programs.
  • Drive end-to-end program management for strategic initiatives ensuring seamless execution from ideation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights to support leadership in strategic decision-making. Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations, supporting their execution and integration into ongoing projects.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in consulting, program management, strategy, or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure problems and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, with a bias towards action and learning by doing.
