Job Overview

The Lending Lab is a team focused on discovering and validating the next suite of lending products. The team will serve as a sandbox for 0-to-1 prototypes and experimental credit products that can unlock long-term growth and financial inclusion.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-caliber innovation team to build and prototype new lending products.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and other teams to test ideas and deliver working prototypes within weeks.
  • Define success criteria for experiments and ensure learnings are documented and decisions are data-driven.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure Lending Lab's efforts align with the company's mission and vision.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in entrepreneurship and/or innovation leadership, ideally with experience building 0→1 products in startup environments.
  • Experience working on consumer-facing products and deep understanding of experimentation frameworks and lean product development.
  • Strong technical fluency, ability to work with engineers and data scientists, and systems-level thinking.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams, ability to inspire without micromanaging.
  • You know how to do more with less and have worked on lean teams that have had a big impact.
