Strategic Content Manager

This is a key role within the Only Much Louder team, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive campaign strategies across social media and branded content. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, branded content creation, and audience engagement techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement campaign strategies that align with client objectives and drive measurable results.
- Oversee the execution of branded content and social media campaigns, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on branded content and social media initiatives, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Develop and present campaign proposals, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Creative Excellence:
- Foster creativity within the team, encouraging innovative approaches to branded content and social media that resonate with target audiences.
- Develop high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines and engages audiences across various platforms.
- Social Media Expertise:
- Stay abreast of trends and best practices in social media to inform campaign strategies.
- Leverage platform-specific features and trends to maximize campaign impact and audience engagement.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Create diverse content types, including written, visual, and multimedia, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Manage content calendars and workflows to ensure timely and effective content delivery.
- Process and Efficiency:

- Budget Management:
- Manage campaign and other external budgets effectively.
- Performance Measurement and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive performance reports to clients and senior leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, including influencer marketing, content marketing, and account management, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.
- Foster a collaborative environment that promotes knowledge sharing and innovation.

- Proven experience in branded content, social media, or a related field, with a strong track record of successful campaign execution.
