Global Business Expansion Manager

This role encompasses a dynamic and strategic position that entails leading our international expansion efforts. As a Global Business Expansion Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a global expansion strategy to promote business setup and residency solutions in the UAE/Dubai region.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of global markets, business consulting, and international expansion practices. They will also possess excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to travel internationally and adapt to different business cultures.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can identify opportunities, establish global networks, and drive sales growth through strategic alliances and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international business development, sales, or expansion management, preferably in business setup, consulting, immigration, or corporate services.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global expansion strategy to promote UAE/Dubai business setup and residency solutions.
  • Build, manage, and nurture relationships with key international partners including accounting firms, consulting firms, immigration advisors, tax consultants, travel agencies, and corporate offices.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new channel partners in different regions to expand the company's global footprint.
  • Drive sales growth by generating qualified leads and converting them into clients through strategic alliances and partnerships.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, business conferences, and networking events to promote services and build connections.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in international business development, sales, or expansion management, preferably in business setup, consulting, immigration, or corporate services.
  • Strong international network and proven ability to develop strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent knowledge of global markets, business consulting, and international expansion practices.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally and adapt to different business cultures.
