Lead Artificial Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Artificial Intelligence (AI) Developer to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in guiding engineers to deliver high-quality software products.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face, as well as expertise in Python and modern architectures. Strong system design skills and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) are also essential. Additionally, the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms is vital for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable solutions using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
  • Work directly with customers to understand their needs and ensure delivery of real outcomes.
  • Lead projects end-to-end: planning, execution, deployment, and support.
  • Mentor and support engineers to enhance their skills and grow along with the team.
Requirements:
  • 7-9 years of experience in building and delivering software solutions.
  • Strong skills in Python, system design, and scalable architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex tech concepts in simple words.
