Job Description

We're seeking an expert in paid campaign planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering impactful results for travel clients across Meta and Google platforms.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing is required, with expertise in funnel strategy, audience targeting, and high-converting creatives.

This role involves end-to-end campaign management, including budget allocation, A/B testing, and campaign scaling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta and Google platforms
  • Develop TOF/MOF/BOF funnel strategies aligned with client goals
  • Implement audience segmentation techniques, including interest-based, custom, and lookalike targeting
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, CPA, and CAC, and make data-driven optimization decisions
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives and angles
  • Manage budgets, run A/B tests, and scale campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Ensure proper pixel setup, event tracking, and attribution are in place
