As the Head of Paid Media, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our advertising efforts to achieve business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align messaging and funnel optimization, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

  • Own the full-funnel strategy and execution for Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)">
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of paid media specialists and analysts to drive campaign success">
  • Oversee media buying, audience strategy, creative testing, bidding models, and performance tracking">
  • Collaborate closely with data and product teams to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance">
  • Report results, insights, and forecasts to executive leadership regularly">
  • Stay ahead of platform changes and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage">

  • 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads">
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, ideally with agency or multi-brand experience">
  • Proven success managing large-scale paid media campaigns">
  • Data-obsessed with a strong grasp of attribution models, A/B testing, and reporting">
  • Able to switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution when needed">
