Job Title: Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our social media marketing efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that drive business growth and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our brand's overall marketing objectives.
  • Manage and optimize social media content calendars to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social media campaigns that drive business results.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future campaign strategies and optimization opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-9 years of experience in social media marketing and influencer marketing across agencies or client side.
  • Strong understanding of the KOF Short Format Video Ecosystem in India and SFV influencers.
  • Proficiency in project management and marketing execution across channels and markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices and campaigns in India and around the world.
