Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Manage and oversee the development of content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of social media professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to optimize performance.
  • Conduct regular client review meetings and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Proven experience in handling and leading a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights to optimize social media campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of total experience in social media management, digital marketing, or client servicing.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
