Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing security infrastructure, ensuring robust security measures are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform live disaster recovery activities and periodic drills to maintain business continuity.
  • Develop and manage outsourced teams for daily operations, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and effective mapping of new technologies to organizational requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date and error-free asset inventory, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
Educational Qualifications:

A Graduate in BE/BSc IT with a strong foundation in information technology is required.

Experience:

4-5 years of experience in managing security infrastructure, handling internal and external audits, and implementing SIEM and other security solutions is essential.

Skills Required:
  • Information security policies, procedures, compliance monitoring, and disaster recovery operations.
  • Hands-on experience with SIEM, event log management, patch management, anti-virus, URL web filtering, vulnerability assessment, and firewall solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including switching and routing, network monitoring tools, and IT security best practices.
  • Good understanding of information security standards and compliance needs, as well as the ability to implement security improvements by assessing current situations, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements.
Functional Competencies:
  • Determines security violations and inefficiencies by reviewing logs and system performance.
  • Upgrades systems by implementing and maintaining security controls, ensuring continuous improvement and process adherence.
  • Manages vendors and SLAs, defining and planning work scopes, schedules, and resources.
