Expertise in Carbon Markets and Renewable Energy

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Support professional to join our team of experts in carbon markets and renewable energy.

This role involves working closely with our business development team to provide a range of services in carbon advisory, renewable energy, sustainability, and non-benefit sharing projects.

  • Develop knowledgebase of carbon markets through research, categorizing reports, documents, policies, and analysis at local and national levels;
  • Identify new business opportunities, including markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services or new ways to reach existing markets;
  • Seek out contacts in organizations and generate leads through regular follow-ups;
  • Assist seniors in developing sales pitches for prospective clients and participate in business idea presentations;
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow and expedite processes through established practices;
  • Draft client contracts based on company size and service requirements;
  • Support reporting managers in tracking and maintaining generated leads and providing data for client-specific presentations;
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant qualifications such as a degree in a relevant field;
  • 1-3 years of experience in renewable energy, carbon consultancy, power sector, WTE, or NBS;
  • Ability to write reports, prepare PowerPoint presentations, and prepare contracts;
  • Effective time management to meet multiple deadlines and priorities;
  • Proactive attitude, taking responsibility for assigned tasks;
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills;
  • Good communication and report-writing skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Adaptable working nature and multitasking ability;
