Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our projects in Kollam, India.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of coordinating between Cost – Time – Quality, and experience in contractor billing and rate negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the production of relevant MIS at frequent intervals suggested by management.
  • Set baselines, schedule, plan, and report on large-scale construction projects like High-rise buildings, Hotels, resorts, Hospitals, commercial buildings, and big infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarize with contracts and coordinate with PM/procurement/SM for emergency site procurement of construction materials for EPC jobs.
  • Prepare site organization charts and plan resources accordingly.
  • Implement fast-track planning at every stage.

Requirements:

  • B.E-Civil with 25 years' experience in Project planning, Scheduling, coordination, Procurement & contract, architecture, and Design and Quality assurance of construction projects.

Industry Background:

  • Real estate, High-rise building, Big Hotels, resorts, Hospitals, commercial buildings, and big infrastructure projects.
