Job Title: Corporate Strategy Program Lead

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive key enterprise-wide initiatives, including business planning and change management.
  • Identify strategic issues facing the organization and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Conceptualize, design, and execute strategic initiatives by working with various stakeholders.
  • Forecast strategic and operational variables.
  • Simplify complex data sets for better decision-making.
CXO Support:
  • Support and manage CXOs in interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and annual business plans.
  • Identify growth opportunities, both short-term and long-term.
Strategic Initiative PMO:
  • Lead and drive key strategic initiatives, including project management and tracking.
  • Deliver and design strategic initiatives, transformation agendas, and efficiency improvement projects.
  • Work closely with delivery teams and external consulting firms to ensure seamless project execution.
Strategic Insights:
  • Develop business cases and strategic options based on industry insights and financial models.
  • Facilitate competition benchmarking, deal benchmarking, and prepare intelligent analysis.
  • Prepare environment scans, competitor insights, and reports on customers and present them periodically.
Strategy Communication:
  • Manage strategic communication from the office and interact with stakeholders.
  • Keep track of important industry updates and review changes/developments to assess impact.
  • Anchors business planning and operational reviews periodically.
