Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Treasury Specialist to oversee the management of our liquidity, foreign exchange exposures, and investments.

This role will involve forecasting short-term and long-term cash requirements to inform strategic decisions. It will also involve collaborating with banks on FX negotiations and derivative instruments to optimize returns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily cash flows to ensure optimal liquidity across geographies.
  • Support automation initiatives such as host-to-host payments to streamline operations.
Foreign Exchange & Risk Management
  • Monitor FX exposures and execute hedging strategies according to established policies.
  • Calculate MTM valuations and prepare exposure reports to provide transparency.
Investments & Fund Management
  • Evaluate and recommend investment options (fixed deposits, money markets, bonds) that align with organizational goals.
  • Assess risk-return trade-offs to ensure compliance with investment policies and maintain a balanced portfolio.
Banking & Compliance
  • Liaise with domestic and international banks for treasury operations, negotiating favorable terms when possible.
  • Negotiate banking terms to reduce cost of borrowing and minimize financial risk.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare MIS, dashboards, and treasury reports for leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support quarterly and annual reporting requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Skills & Competencies
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of corporate treasury operations, including liquidity, FX, and investments.
  • Show proficiency in financial modeling, MS Excel, and treasury management systems (TMS) to drive informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of financial management and excellent partnership skills.

MBA in Finance (CFA/FRM preferred), 5+ years of relevant corporate treasury experience, with a focus on strategy and execution are required for this position.
