**Job Overview**
We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from social media content to branding elements, website graphics, and campaign materials.

**Key Responsibilities**
  1. Conceptualize and create original designs that align with our climate-forward ethos.
  2. Craft visual stories that authentically communicate our clients' environmental and social impact.
  3. Design infographics, social media content, and other visual assets that inspire climate-positive action.


**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:2+ years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical skills.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.Experience with both digital and print design formats.A keen eye for typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.Understanding of sustainable design principles and eco-friendly approaches.Enthusiasm for climate action and social impact.Ability to work remotely and collaboratively with a distributed team.Excellent communication skills and receptiveness to feedback.
