At the forefront of AI data innovation, we're seeking a skilled Sales Operation Specialist to drive our pricing strategy and CRM operations forward. This role requires a strong technical background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with expertise in pricing and commercial analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business dynamics and SaaS pricing models, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

We're looking for someone who can effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and product.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Pricing Workflow Optimization: Manage and optimize pricing workflows within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • CRM Data Management: Ensure accurate CRM data management, including pricing structures and customer records.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and dashboards in Microsoft Dynamics CRM for pricing analysis.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in automation and process improvements within CRM.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ Years of Experience: In pricing, commercials, or a related role.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is required.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • SaaS Pricing Models: Familiarity with SaaS pricing models and business dynamics.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively.
