Job Title: Sales Data Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing analytics, with expertise in data management and analysis.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and Conditional Formatting. Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM, is also essential. Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau would be a plus.

The Sales Data Analyst will work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to improve performance and efficiency through data-driven strategies. Key responsibilities include data collection and entry, report generation, lead tracking, and system monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and maintain accurate sales data from various sources.
  • Generate daily sales performance reports, including targets vs. achievement.
  • Track lead generation and distribution across teams.
  • Monitor progress on lead follow-ups and conversions.
  • Ensure smooth operation of MIS tools and resolve minor technical issues promptly.

Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive monthly dashboards for sales and marketing performance.
  • Develop detailed analyses of marketing campaigns and ROI reports.
  • Share insights on sales trends, forecasts, and opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in an MIS or data analysis role for Sales & Marketing functions.
