Strategic Coupa Professional

This role focuses on delivering Coupa solutions to clients.

We are looking for a strategic professional with extensive experience in Coupa implementation and configuration.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing Coupa modules, including sourcing, contracts, procurement, invoice, and expenses.
  • Configuring different Coupa modules and integrating them with other systems.
  • Supporting and enhancing Coupa features, including changes and issue fixing.
  • Designing and implementing sourcing forms, objects, procurement/invoicing approval chains, dynamic account validation rules, charts of accounts, business account security groups, and technical/business roles.
  • Managing Coupa releases and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful integration.
  • Working with various integration partners and consultants to integrate business requirements into the implemented technical solution.
  • Collaborating with business partners to incorporate sourcing, procurement, and invoicing requirements, statutory regulations, and controls into viable solutions.
  • Creating functional specs, source-to-target maps, batch and configuration documents for integration partners.
  • Strong experience in Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay business processes.
  • Solid business knowledge in procurement, providing standard or customized solutions to business requirements.
  • Designing and implementing Coupa integrations with ERP/middleware/3rd Party applications.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including creating stories, working in Kanban environments, participating in scrums, and other Agile ceremonies.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Coupa implementation and configuration.
  • Hands-on experience in Coupa module configuration and setup.
  • Strong understanding of Coupa release management and product updates.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment.
