"Design Solutions Expert"

A highly skilled and experienced professional sought after to spearhead architectural design initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in building relationships with clients and stakeholders, coupled with exceptional communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address design requirements, providing high-quality design inputs as needed
  • Prepare detailed 2D-3D designs, presentation drawings, and working drawing details in AutoCAD/SketchUp
  • Review schematic and working drawings for accuracy and quality, ensuring timely coordination with consultants
  • Manage day-to-day coordination, including regular follow-ups with external and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with the execution team to ensure drawing delivery aligns with project schedules, highlighting potential bottlenecks
  • Participate in site visits and field inspections to ensure project quality and compliance
  • Assist with project documentation and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution
  • 8-10 years of prior work experience in architectural design, preferably in private residences
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
  • Proficiency in relevant tools like AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of local regulations, construction methods, and building codes
  • Excellent command of English and local language, with strong interpersonal skills
