We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Client Delivery Services group. As the ideal candidate, you will work closely with clients, vendors, partners, and delivery service and product staff to capture client requirements, analyze them, document, configure, test, implement, and train customers for business solutions.

The successful candidate will possess a logical mind, be able to work independently or in groups, have good verbal and written communication skills, and be able to articulate precisely. They should also be open to working in a fast-paced organization.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Helping to analyze client data for data loading and verifying application functionality
  • Capturing and understanding Client Requirements and mapping them to product solutions
  • Documenting requirements that may require further configurations
  • Client communication on meeting agendas, meeting minutes, system demos, and client inquiries
  • Taking client calls on issues and inquiries and navigating to closure
  • Testing system functionality, reporting issues, and driving completion

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A quick learning ability to understand product functionality and map to client requirements
  • The ability to work independently or in teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess high energy and drive to take on tasks proactively
  • Experience in using implementation and delivery services software and tools
  • Experience in software product implementation and support
