Job Title: Business Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Solutions Specialist to design and implement supply chain optimization solutions for clients using cutting-edge technology.

As a Business Solutions Specialist, you will work directly with clients to understand their business needs and configure effective supply chain planning solutions.

You'll play a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, supporting data integration, and ensuring clients gain measurable value from their investments. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that optimize supply chain operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with our clients to understand their business requirements and collaborate with project teams to configure solutions accordingly.
  • Configure advanced supply chain planning software according to customer-specific processes, business requirements, and source system functionality.
  • Support solution architects designing complex solutions while maintaining best practices.
  • Support the validation and testing of the solution and capture user feedback.
  • Support data management and data integration-related activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience from 1 to 5 years is required.
  • Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research or a related field with an excellent academic record.
  • Certification as a Solution Consultant level 1 is mandatory. Any further certifications are beneficial.
  • Capability to develop resources in supply chain planning software to provide or support expected functionalities.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Detailed-oriented and self-directed.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
  • Industry certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP (or similar ones) are an asset.
