Key Responsibilities
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and goals, identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending strategic solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Design process workflows, system configurations, and functional solutions that meet the needs of our clients, leveraging expertise in ERP/CRM modules such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, and Salesforce.
  • Configure ERP/CRM modules as per business needs, collaborating with technical consultants/developers to ensure customizations meet functional requirements.
  • Validate system setup, ensuring alignment with client processes and meeting quality standards.
  • Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Business Process Documents (BPDs), and user stories, providing clear and concise documentation for stakeholders.
  • Maintain requirement traceability and change logs, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop user manuals and training material, facilitating knowledge transfer and adoption among end-users.
  • Support SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring seamless integration and successful deployment of business applications.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide post-implementation support, resolving problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions, empowering employees to get the most out of our business solutions.
  • Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams, fostering collaboration and driving innovation.
  • Manage workshops, presentations, and client meetings, demonstrating exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Ensure timely project delivery within defined scope and quality, meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in functional consulting, with a proven track record of success in designing and implementing business solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and technologies, including ERP/CRM modules and software development methodologies.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical consultants, and developers.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure, with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
