Network Infrastructure Specialist

The position of Network Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic implementation and support of our enterprise-wide network infrastructure across 20+ locations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design & Architecture: Develop scalable, secure and resilient network architectures across on-prem and cloud environments.
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day monitoring, incident management, change control and vendor coordination.
  • Project Leadership: Lead network upgrade/migration initiatives (SD-WAN rollout, firewall refresh, bandwidth expansion, etc.).
  • Security & Compliance: Implement network access controls and segmentation in partnership with InfoSec; ensure compliance with ISO/SOC controls.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed architecture and configuration documentation for audits and internal use.
  • People Leadership: Mentor and guide team members; provide direction and support as required.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10–15 years of enterprise networking experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial/lead role.
  • Proven experience managing multi-site network environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with:
    • Routing/Switching: Cisco, Aruba, Juniper.
    • Firewalls: FortiGate, Cisco ASA/Firepower, Palo Alto.
    • Wireless: Cisco Meraki / Aruba enterprise Wi-Fi.
    • Monitoring Tools: SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix.
    • Familiarity with Cloud Networking (Azure / AWS — ExpressRoute, VNet, VPN, etc.).
    • (Preferred) Scripting or automation experience (Python, Ansible, etc.).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Consulting firm experience is an added advantage.
