We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent technical support and resolving complex issues in a timely manner.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end technical support for our employees, including:

  • Administering Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) infrastructure
  • Managing incident and service request management process to ensure timely resolution of user issues and requests
  • Utilizing Nexthink for proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution

In addition, you will also be responsible for:

  • Granting access to collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and ensuring proper permissions are granted according to security policies
  • Administering user accounts in Active Directory, including adding/removing users from groups and managing calendar access and delegation
  • Facilitating consultant onboarding/offboarding processes, including provisioning/deprovisioning access to necessary resources

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, with 5-7 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role. They will also have strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications, as well as familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and other network administration tools.
