Key Responsibilities:

  • Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that require clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales to maximize revenue by identifying and fixing funnel leakages, shaping pricing/packaging strategies, and enabling the team with better processes and tools.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn through strategic inputs and process design.
  • Own and drive key partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and timely execution.
  • Lead company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR, focusing on improving onboarding processes and driving org health projects.
  • Support strategic hiring efforts, including workforce planning and closing key roles in Sales, CS, and Ops.
  • Drive revenue and capacity planning, working with the CEO and team leads to ensure resources and targets are aligned.
  • Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards, providing accurate, actionable data for decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in early-stage startups on the business side.
  • A passion for all things business and sales, with a willingness to get hands-on when needed.
  • The ability to context-switch between domains without losing depth.
  • A comfort level with early-stage imperfections and the ability to operate effectively in disorder.
  • High agency and adaptability to drive results.
