Job Overview

About this role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project planning skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. They will also be responsible for maintaining professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors.

In this role, you will be working closely with the Project Team to ensure seamless business execution. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
