We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee and manage the final stages of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in the finishing industry and a proven track record in managing large-scale projects with a focus on quality, timelines, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the finishing process for single, high-profile projects, ensuring timely and flawless execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, contractors, and clients, maintaining excellent relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and construction teams to meet project objectives and deliver results that exceed expectations.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of finishing specialists and workers, providing guidance on finishing techniques, materials, and quality standards.
  • Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure team members are meeting deadlines and quality expectations, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure high-quality finishing standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle, conducting regular inspections and quality checks to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement corrective measures when necessary and drive continuous improvement, leveraging expertise and best practices to optimize results.
  • Oversee the selection, procurement, and management of materials required for finishing work, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Identify potential project risks and work proactively to resolve challenges and prevent delays, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.
  • Provide innovative solutions to any technical or logistical problems that arise, leveraging expertise and creativity to overcome obstacles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project status, budgets, and timelines, preparing regular progress reports and presenting project details to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 20 years of hands-on experience in the finishing industry, with at least 10 years in a lead or management position, preferably in a senior role.
  • Education: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, with a strong foundation in project management principles.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and equipment, with a focus on quality, safety, and sustainability.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, with experience in implementing and utilizing technology to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proven track record of making informed decisions that drive business outcomes.
