Key Responsibilities- You will work closely with senior leaders to identify, source, and hire top talent across regions
- Advise managers and executives on building efficient pipelines and effective workforce planning to meet hiring targets
- The primary focus will be recruiting for assigned functions based on business requirements
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from beginning to end while handling full life cycle responsibilities
- Collaborate with Human Resources, Hiring Managers, Business Operations teams, and all levels of leadership to present hiring recommendations and close candidates
- Effectively partner with our HR Operations and HR Coordinators team
- Provide weekly hiring updates and maintain dashboards for stakeholders
- Manage vendors and their performance to ensure timely hiring alongside quality of hire
- Ensure accurate data integrity in our ATS and other people systems
- Execute Employer Branding Initiatives for Listenlights
- Masters in Human Resource Management is preferred
- Experience: 3-5 years
- The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in closing roles like Engineering Projects, Project Controls, BIM Modeling & Design, Corporate Functions, and Quality Control
- Should possess strong spoken and written communication skills; as a senior TA role, you will need to headhunt top talent and effectively communicate why Listenlights is the right opportunity for them
- Proven experience working with internal and external stakeholders
- Extensive exposure in managing source mix – both internal and external: Naukri, LinkedIn, iimjobs, updazz, and other job boards. The ideal candidate should be an expert at using job portals, able to train teams, understand complex searches, and best practices in utilizing these platforms
- Strong headhunting skills, with the ability to conduct market research and map target passive candidates through company mapping
- Negotiation skills and understanding of CTC calculation
- Able to prioritize and self-manage, supporting one of the fastest-growing departments in the company
- High energy, passion, and drive, with a strong positive outlook
- A database of top candidates for roles worked on; the ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong network of top talent across relevant industry roles
- Familiarity with Application Tracking Systems (ATS) – FreshTeams / Workday / BrassRing / CornerStone / TurboHire / Darwinbox
- Alignment with Listenlights SOCH Principles
- Analytical abilities and past experience preparing weekly dashboards on hiring metrics
