Job Description

\

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI models. As a Python Developer, you will play a key part in supporting a U.S.-based foundational LLM company working on next-generation AI models.

\

Your work will directly influence how these models are trained, evaluated, and refined. You will be responsible for developing efficient Python code that supports AI training pipelines, generating and refining datasets for SFT, contributing to RLHF workflows, running Evals to measure and compare model performance, assessing and ranking model outputs, providing clear, structured feedback, partnering with researchers and annotators to enhance model alignment, and maintaining clean code and documentation to ensure reproducibility.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python with strong debugging and optimization skills.\
  • Familiarity with Python testing frameworks (unit, integration, property-based).\
  • Understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and async programming.\
  • Experience with code quality, architectural patterns, and refactoring.\
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and clear communication skills in English.\
  • Open to all levels of experience — from motivated juniors to seasoned professionals.
