Artificial Intelligence Developer Position
We are seeking a skilled Python programmer to join our team in creating cutting-edge AI models. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement efficient Python code that supports AI training pipelines.
In this role, you will work on various tasks such as:
- Developing datasets for supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and contributing to reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF) workflows.
- Evaluating model performance using benchmarking AI systems.
- Refining models by assessing and ranking outputs, providing clear feedback, and partnering with researchers and annotators.
- Maintaining clean code and documentation to ensure reproducibility.
To excel in this position, you should have:
- Proficiency in Python with strong debugging and optimization skills.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as unit, integration, and property-based testing.
- Understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and async programming concepts.
- Experience with code quality, architectural patterns, and refactoring techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities in English.
