Project Management Coordinator

Our company seeks an experienced Project Management Coordinator to ensure the accurate, timely tracking and reporting of project progress, risks, and compliance. This role is essential in enabling informed decision-making and effective management of investments.

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring project progress against agreed milestones and timelines, ensuring on-schedule execution. They will collect, verify, and consolidate project data to prepare comprehensive status reports for internal stakeholders.

Data Management and Documentation:

The Project Management Coordinator will maintain thorough and organized project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, technical specifications, financial records, and compliance documents. They will update and manage the project monitoring database, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for the investment team.

Coordination and Communication:

The successful candidate will engage proactively with Project Management Consultants (PMCs), internal teams, and external stakeholders to gather accurate and up-to-date project information. They will assist in scheduling and coordinating project review meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.

Risk and Compliance Monitoring:

The Project Management Coordinator will assist in identifying risks related to project execution and flag any deviations from agreed investment terms or timelines. They will participate actively in risk assessment processes and contribute to the tracking and follow-up of mitigation actions.

Learning and Development:

The successful candidate will continuously enhance their knowledge of internal technical department processes, project monitoring methodologies, and best practices. They will prepare comparative analyses of project costs and completion timelines across the portfolio to support performance evaluation.

Education:
Minimum Qualification required: B.Tech-Civil engineering
Qualifications preferred: Post Graduation in Construction management from NICMAR/RICS

Work Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience
Industry experience: Real estate construction experience

Proficiency in MS Projects, MS excel, MS Word & PowerPoint is required.
