Job Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to oversee and coordinate various IT projects, ensuring they are completed within schedule.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, expenditures, and adherence to frameworks.
  • Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure effective communication.
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings to facilitate progress tracking.
  • Prepare presentation materials for meetings to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Evaluate project deadlines and implement strategies to meet them.
  • Determine project changes and assess their impact on the project timeline.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Undertake project tasks as required to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop project strategies to align with business goals.
  • Evaluate project risks and issues, providing solutions where applicable to minimize disruptions.
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders by managing their expectations and promoting collaborative problem-solving.
  • Chair and facilitate meetings, distributing minutes to project team members to maintain transparency.
  • Create a project management calendar to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to drive project success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • IT project management with basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and security principles.
  • Experience in handling IT security projects (3+ years) is highly valued.
