Job Title:

Lead a high-performance Lease Abstraction Team in Chennai, overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage local services operations, driving team performance and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with global business leaders to build and support the Managed Services team in India, focusing on culture, people management, and delivery excellence.
  • Develop scalable infrastructure and drive global integration and standardization in India.
  • Work with global and local leadership to ensure commonality of approach and resource management.
  • Contribute to strategic plans and objectives, delivering technology initiatives that support business growth.
  • Optimize solutions to improve performance, productivity, or reduce costs within or across Services Departments.
  • Represent Managed Services for unique challenges and needs of the India team within the broader leadership structure.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in Lease Abstraction or a related field, managing a global team or equivalent leadership experience.
  • Manage abstraction projects by conducting regular meetings and resolving issues.
  • Responsible for training and onboarding new abstractors to develop the team.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire teams to achieve great things.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, planning, motivation, coaching, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Experience with other business SaaS offers is a plus.
