This leadership role will focus on building and maintaining a strong leasing pipeline, managing key client relationships, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in Chennai and be well-versed with the local culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and building a strong leasing pipeline for the market
  • Negotiating lease agreements
  • Establishing and actively building relationships with IPC's, brokers, and potential clients
  • Planning and executing business strategies
  • Supporting marketing initiatives
  • Coordinating with clients and internal departments to ensure timely delivery
  • Achieving annual leasing targets for the region
  • Studying local market trends to create a competitive pipeline

This role requires a strong understanding of the local market and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
