What You'll Do

  • Collaborate directly with senior stakeholders from top financial institutions to analyze portfolios and identify alpha, beta, and idiosyncratic drivers.
  • Design and validate advanced analytics that solve real-world financial workflows.
  • Transform complex financial data into clear, concise insights that inform business strategy and investment decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier institution with a minimum GPA of 8.7/10 (or equivalent).
  • 2–4 years of experience in front-office finance (IB, hedge fund, asset management) with a proven track record of academic and professional excellence.
  • Strong mathematical and statistical background, with expertise in elite analytical, modeling, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of investments, precision, ownership, and comfort operating with senior stakeholders.
  • CFA, FRM, MBA, or coding skills (Python/R) are highly desirable.
