Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our diverse real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and expertise in property management, lease administration, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily activities of our real estate team, ensuring seamless execution of property maintenance activities, capital expenditures, and improvement projects
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance property value, tenant experience, and cash flow reporting and analysis
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on property transactions, including lease agreements, rent schedules, and vendor payments
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including tenants, management, and investors regarding billing, lease language, and other critical issues
  • Collaborate with leasing teams to ensure lease compliance, accurate documentation, and timely renewal negotiations
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants to enhance retention and address concerns in a timely manner
  • Prepare annual budget projections, gather income and expense data from property management and corporate accounting, and enter Yardi Budget Module

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in property management in Yardi required
  • Advanced experience reading and interpreting leases and related documents as well as financial information contained in accounting software, spreadsheets, financial statements, etc., required
  • Expert-level proficiency working with Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) required
