Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing data streams and building marketing and advertising dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (previously Datorama).
  • Built experience with Data Mapping and Normalisation, Datorama Data Streams, APIs, and TotalConnect.
  • Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics (impressions, CTR, CPL, ROAS, attribution models).
  • Experience visualising data to tell a story/give a holistic view of marketing performance.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – for effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients.
