Performance Marketing Specialist Role

Job Description:

As a strategic performance marketing specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing advertising campaigns to drive business growth. This role requires a data-driven approach to targeting and optimizing ad spend to achieve maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across various channels to drive B2B lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies tailored to the US market, leveraging data analysis and market research to inform decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-converting ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and provide actionable insights based on analytics, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Run A/B tests to continuously improve ad performance, CTR, and conversion rates, using data-driven decision-making to guide strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Ads platforms.
  • Proven experience working with US-based clients; understanding of the US market and customer behavior is essential.
  • Proficiency with Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics, attribution models, and dashboards to inform data-driven decisions.
