  • Collate information and assist in the preparation of reports to identify areas for improvement.

  • Participate actively in firm initiatives and demonstrate a 'can-do' approach.

  • Work on multiple assignments simultaneously and visit client premises/offices as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Qualified CA/ACCA (preferably one 1st attempt) or MBA/CFA (preferably one 1st attempt).
  • 2-3 years' experience in Big 4, investment banking, or equivalent, with experience in M&A, restructuring, valuation, audit, management accounting.
  • Good understanding of financial modeling, hands-on experience with information memoranda, and related collaterals.
  • Previous restructuring/insolvency experience desirable.
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in finance or similar.
  • Strong academic track record.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
