Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in helping us make informed business decisions by analyzing and interpreting complex data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and maintain accurate data on Non-Performing Assets (NPAs), including write-offs, recoveries, and restructured loans.
  • Verify NP-related provisions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and distribute detailed reports and analyses to Management for strategic decision-making.
  • Generate RBI/ CRILC, CIC reports for compliance purposes.
  • Maintain NPA security trackers and update records regularly.
  • Review unrealized interest, written-off entries, and recovery entries for accuracy and consistency.
  • Collect necessary documents for restructured implementations and track restructuring guidelines and violations.
  • Calculate and verify restructured provisions to ensure alignment with company policies.
  • Ensure RBI/ Stat/ Concurrent audit compliance and internal control testing for data accuracy and integrity.
  • Improve report quality by eliminating errors and providing clear explanations to stakeholders.
  • Provide Branch/ Team Support for AMS/ D2K applications, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
  • Manage ARC operations and reporting to drive business growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and statistical software.
