About the Role:

As a Game Developer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of math and science education by creating engaging, interactive games for young learners. We are looking for a talented individual who is strong in Unity, 2D/3D animation, sprite sheet creation, and end-to-end game development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop age-appropriate educational mini-games that make learning fun and effective.
  • Translate complex math and science concepts into interactive gameplay mechanics that cater to different learning styles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including education designers and illustrators, to deliver engaging visuals and experiences that meet our high standards.
  • Create intuitive interfaces with clear instructions and feedback to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Playtest with real users, gather feedback, and refine game balance and difficulty to maximize engagement and retention.
  • Deploy optimized games for tablets and mobile devices (Android/iOS).

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Game Developer with expertise in Unity.
  • Hands-on experience with 2D/3D animation, sprite sheets, and end-to-end game development.
  • Strong knowledge of C# or C++ programming languages.
  • Experience building 2D/3D games for mobile or tablet platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of child-friendly game design principles.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, artists, and AI developers.
  • Familiarity with Git and working in Agile sprints.
  • Great communication skills, with English proficiency required.
