Lead Consultant Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a Lead Consultant to lead transformative AI-first initiatives by developing and scaling innovative AI solutions that redefine industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide enhancement & development services in a back-end environment.
  • Create, test, and maintain UI applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.
  • Contribute to designing and documenting of the software architecture based on existing architecture and inputs received from clients.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT as required.
  • Engage with clients in requirement gathering, status updates, and be the key partner in the overall engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BE/B Tech/MCA/MBA degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of UI development using ReactJS.
  • Strong knowledge of React JS framework.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge in Java, Django, Tornado, or Flask frameworks.
  • Good knowledge in ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or Prometheus + Grafana.
  • Proficiency in Linux, Bash, JSON, and SQL.
