Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in Merger and Acquisition activities by providing tax due diligence services to internal stakeholders
  • Review foreign remittances from a taxation perspective
  • Work on and comply with Pillar 2 regulations
  • Review Income Tax computation of foreign subsidiaries and provide suggestions for improving the Effective Tax Rate
  • Filing of Master File and CBCR
Requirements
