Job Summary

This is a senior role in cloud and virtualization domain, responsible for designing cloud architecture using open-source cloud orchestrators.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in solutions engineering and 7+ years in presales roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and propose cloud architectures using open-source cloud orchestrators (e.g. CloudStack), virtualization, and automation technology in complex multi-tenant environments.
  • Engage with customers and prospects to demonstrate solutions and communicate key differentiators.
  • Assist customers with initial product evaluations and testing to set the stage for successful implementation.
  • Connect technical requirements of a project with business requirements for project success.
  • Respond to RFIs or RFPs, communicating product differentiators.
  • Prepare and deliver differentiated solution presentations or technical proposals.
  • Manage and/or deliver technical validation activities including Proof Of Concepts.
Requirements
  • Thorough understanding of cloud technologies and concepts, with working knowledge in at least one leading private cloud platform.
  • Strong knowledge of network and application security, infrastructure hardening, security baselines, web server, and database security.
  • Excellent written communication skills, experience of preparing technical proposals, RFP responses, and BoQs.
  • Ability to work within a dynamic and fast-paced international environment.
Qualifications
  • Relevant bachelor's degree.
  • 7 plus years of experience.
