Learning Experience Designer RoleWe are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for designing and developing learning experiences and content that align with organizational goals.Daily tasks include conducting needs analysis, creating instructional materials, collaborating with subject matter experts, and evaluating learning outcomes.The role involves applying instructional design principles, utilizing various learning technologies, and ensuring the relevance and effectiveness of learning programs.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify learning gaps and opportunities
  • Create instructional materials, such as courseware, training manuals, and online courses
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop learning content
  • Evaluate learning outcomes and make data-driven decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Experience with learning management systems and learning technologies
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
