Executive Compensation Strategist Job Description

Embark Pace is looking for an Executive Compensation Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will design and implement compensation strategies that align with the company's business objectives and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation Strategy:
    • Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
    • Conduct regular salary surveys and market research to ensure competitive compensation practices.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Evaluate and enhance employee benefits offerings to improve engagement and retention.
    • Oversee benefit programs such as insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
    • Partner with vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of employee benefits.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Prepare regular reports and analytics on compensation trends and employee costs.
    • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with HR Business Partners and Leadership to address workforce planning and reward strategies.
    • Provide training and communication on compensation and benefits policies to managers and employees.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing effective compensation strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience.
