As a Technical Recruitment Executive, you'll be responsible for:
- Posting job adverts across various platforms
- Proactively engaging with candidates through targeted outreach
- Developing and implementing screening and assessment processes
- Reviewing applications and evaluating candidate performance
- Conducting background checks and creating shortlists for clients
- Managing candidate communication and coordination
- Nurturing key relationships with institutional partners
- Enhancing employer brand awareness through events and networking
- Continuously refining our recruitment strategy
Requirements:
- Strong systems thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Intrinsic motivation to drive process improvement

- Fluent written and verbal communication in English

- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Minimum 3 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- At least 2 years' experience in a startup or scale-up environment
